SpC-P2
Construct coding for a fusion protein consisting of SpyCatcher [1] fused to the P2 phage tail protein [2], derived from the PRD1 bacteriophage. The construct also possess a HisTag at the very end to allow for easy protein purification. This fusion protein can be functionalized onto OMVs exhibiting SpyTag to act as targeting ligands, as part of our modular approach towards specificity.
